Biography

Swaroop Puchalapalli is the National Director of Water Quality and PFAS Solutions at STV, with 19 years of experience in water and wastewater management. He has designed infrastructure projects including treatment facilities, chemical feed systems, pump stations, and tanks, along with hydraulic modeling and master planning.

Over the past five years, Swaroop has focused on PFAS removal treatment, playing a key role in designing over a dozen PFAS treatment systems for drinking water.
