VLS Texas Molecular is the largest commercial hazardous waste injection company in the U.S. We have been in the hazardous waste injection business for 42 years. Last year we injected 125 million gallons of hazardous and non-hazardous water. We accept and inject almost all waste codes. Since 2017, we have injected about 140 million gallons of hazardous and non-hazardous PFAS/AFFF liquids from low-risk clients in industries including chemicals, refining, terminals, airlines, and airports, as well as high profile events and cutomers. We have done PFAS/AFFF projects from 10s of millions of gallons to small quantities of totes. We manage all PFAS waste as if hazardous so that we meet future requirements today. Our EPA No Migration Petition means that we have no discharges to surface water or groundwater. We maintain excellent communication with our local stakeholders.
